Average processing time for our made to order custom color blonde hair is 21-28 business days for units that are being shipped. This excludes days that are not business days.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Some hair can be rush ordered however,  please contact us directly to do so.

Business days are Monday- Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.

 

International Production Delays & Holiday Closures

Blonde Luxuries™ works with overseas manufacturing partners to create our custom, hand-colored hair products. During internationally recognized holidays — including Chinese New Year — production timelines may be temporarily extended due to supplier closures.

Orders placed during these periods acknowledge and accept potential processing delays beyond the standard timeframe. Updated estimated ship dates will be communicated when applicable.

Processing times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including international holidays, supplier schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Rush Orders

Rush processing is only available for select in-stock items and is subject to availability.

Made-to-order and custom items are not eligible for rush processing.

Shipping Time Disclaimer

Shipping timeframes begin after processing is complete. Shipping estimates do not include production time. Blonde Luxuries™ is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges
• Orders cannot be canceled due to processing delays or missed appointment dates
